Alhaji Sabo Shehu Malami (Dan Ruwatan Pindiga) is a versatile business leader with 15+ years of experience across Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Sustainable Development, Food, and Agriculture.
As Managing Director of Metub Services Limited, he leads key projects in energy, marine services, real estate, logistics, and agribusiness, strengthening the company’s efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
He previously served as Managing Director of Sankalp Engineering and Services Nigeria Limited and Elsahal Oil and Marine Services Ltd, and was a Board Member of KEDCO PLC, contributing to major growth, profitability, and strategic governance.
Alh. Malami holds a B.Sc. in Economics (LASU), a Master Class Certificate in Business Management and Leadership (London Graduate School), and a Certificate in Oil, Gas, Energy Project Management & Development (USAID, UKaid & EU). He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and the Pindiga Emirate Council. Guided by the philosophy “to lead with integrity, build with purpose, and inspire through service,” he continues to drive sustainable business growth and leadership excellence.

Dr. Chisom Seraphine Obi is an Executive and Communication Specialist with over a decade of experience. She is the Executive Director/COO of Metub Services Ltd and Technical Advisor to the Group Managing Director of Elsahal Group, supporting business development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication across multiple sectors. She previously served in serious administrative roles in the Anambra State Government, contributing to operational efficiency, revenue growth, and communication reforms. Dr. Obi holds a PhD in Development Communication and an MSc in Mass Communication and is known for her leadership, innovation, and dedication to sustainable development.

Mohammed Suleiman, Esq. is a dedicated legal professional and Company Secretary with strong expertise in sustainability-focused legal practice. He has gained valuable experience as Senior Associate at Yusuf Ali & Co. (Abuja) and as Legal Assistant to Prof. Ibrahim Abdullahi (FRHD).
